A Property Investment Business Built on Experience

Applecore Property is a UK-based property investment company working across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets.

We operate where practical experience, careful assessment and sound structure shape better outcomes. Through hands-on involvement, we recognise opportunities to enhance, reposition, or improve property in ways that are commercially sensible and realistically achievable.

How Applecore Works

We work directly with property owners and agents, assessing each asset on its fundamentals, improvement potential and overall structure.

If a property requires work, has underperformed on the open market, or presents uncertainty, we focus on early, clear conversations to help you understand the options available before any decisions are made.

Agents work with Applecore for professional communication, disciplined decision-making and reliable completion, supporting long-term working relationships built on trust.

Director

Scott Berry

Scott completed his first property renovation in 1991, an experience that continues to shape his practical, disciplined approach to property investment.

Since then, he has led the growth and management of a commercial and residential portfolio, with a focus on improvement, structure and long-term value.

Outside of work, Scott is a qualified grassroots FA football coach and enjoys coarse fishing and golf. Family remains central to his life, reinforcing a long-term mindset both personally and professionally.

Experience & Leadership

Applecore Property draws on more than 30 years of experience across architectural design, property and construction, providing a well-rounded understanding of how buildings can be improved, repositioned and managed for lasting value.

The business remains actively involved and disciplined, with decisions shaped by practical knowledge, considered thinking and long-term sustainability rather than short-term market trends.
